At Gear Merchandise Private Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns center to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or an exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
